HDPE Pipes
Kisan HDPE Pipes are extremely useful in Water Supply, Bore Well, Sprinkler, Lift Irrigation, Drip Irrigation, Pesticide Dispersal, Cable Ducting, Sewerage/Drainage, Natural & other gases etc, in urban and rural areas.They are also useful- for conveyance & flow applications in Chemical/Processing Industries, Telecommunications, Vegetable Oils, Fruit Juices, Dairies and other liquids & semi-liquids including Acids, Alkalis & other corrosive chemicals.
Our current range of HDPE pipes are available in sizes 20 to 630mm OD pressure rating from PN-2.5 to PN-16.5 conforming to IS 4984:1995 & IS 14333:1996 as per required application. We also supply the requisite HDPE fittings.

Corrosion Resistant :
HDPE pipes do not rust rot or corrode. HDPE is one of the most chemically inert of all plastics and therefore is extremely chemical and corrosion resistant. -
Combination of Strength & Flexibility :
HDPE has low notch sensitivity and high tear strength At the same time, being flexible, HDPE performs well in both high cover and low cover applica tions. It's unique ability to support and distribute live and dead load enables it to meet almost every installation conditions. -
Installation Ease :
Holding and installation cost is considerably reduced due to light weight feature while long lengths reduces jointing and fitting cost for e.g. Sizes upto 110mm pipe is available in coil form of 250-500 metres. Coil lengths can be increased incase of sizes from 20mm to 50mm OD. -
Chemical & Abrasion Resistant :
HDPE is one of the most chemically inert of all plastics and with high resistance to abrasion. These two characteristics give HDPE pipe a significant long term advantage. -
UV Resistan :
Black HDPE contains approx. 2.5% ± 0.5% carbon black and can be safely stored and installed in non - covered areas. -
Easy Joining :
HDPE could be joined both mechanically by Flange Joint or Butt Welding method at site with HDPE Couplers/Sockets. -
Pressure Rating :
HDPE pipes are available in a range of pressure ratings from PN 2.5-4-6-8 10-12.5 and 16 (PN stands for Kgf/cm2).
Butt Fusion Welding is a time saving, highly economical, simple and widely accepted reliable method of jointing HDPE pipes. It is a permanent jointing method by homogenous fusion of pipe material under heat and pressure. It is performed within the temperature range of fusion of HDPE material. Perfectly homogenous pipe joints have same properties as the pipe and fitting and are as strong as the parent pipe and can resist longitudinal load.
Small sizes, from 20 mm to 110 mm HDPE pipes, are joined by Heating Mirrors of 220 volts and are manually done without using any jacks. However, for sizes above 110 mm upto 250 mm, Mechanical Jacks are used to ensure proper pressure and alignment while fusing the two pipes. For sizes above 250 mm, Hydraulic Jacks make the job simpler and reliable by exerting correct pressure and alignment, resulting in a perfect joint.
