Free Flow uPVC Plumbing Pipes(ASTM)
The plumbing system of any building should be able to convey potable drinking water without any contamination or alteration in its chemical properties by coming in contact with it. Kisan Free Flow uPVC Plumbing System, manufactured in our state-of-the-art manufacturing plants using the highest grade quality resin, ensures the fulfillment of the basic need for clean and hygienic water. These pipes are manufactured as per ASTM D 1785 standard in schedule 40 & 80 pressure class. In certain parts of India, the plumbing system consists of Classic Freeflow uPVC Pipes & Kisan Fittings.
Nominal bore of ½ to 4 inches diameter.
These pipes can be used in Building Plumbing , Water Distributor Mains, Swimming Pool, Salt Water Lines, Pipes for Hand Pumps, Industrial Process Lines like Dye Houses, Plating Industry, Sugar, Paper & Breweries, Coal Washing & Ash Handling, Aggressive / Corrosive Fluid Transportation etc.

uPVC ASTM Fittings :
Kisan Free Flow uPVC Fittings are manufactured as per ASTM D 2467 Schedule 80 specifications and are excellent in quality. They can be easily installed using Kisan uPVC Solvent Cement and have a long life with low maintenance.

Installation Methods
Above ground/on the walls :
Mark layout line on the wall and fix the pipeline accordingly. Support the pipeline at proper intervals using Kisan PVC pipe clips.
Under the ground :
Provide a trench of 600mm to 1000mm depth & 400mm width. Lay the pipeline and avoid stones in direct contact with pipeline. Refill the trench after checking for leakages. For crossing through open drain, encase the pipeline in bigger sized pipe.
